How ordering works

Send us up to 5–6 high-quality images and we will prepare a design for your approval. We will only start printing once you approve it.

Shipping

Personalized shades receive a design preview within 24–48 hours of receiving your photos. Printing begins after your approval. Production time varies with the design; contact us about your deadline before ordering. Shipping and applicable tax are calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

Shipping damage

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, report the damage to Dream Layer Studios within 7 days of receiving your package and provide evidence showing that the damage occurred in transit. Once verified, we will provide a replacement product. Our final-sale policy does not prevent replacements for verified shipping damage reported within this timeframe.
